We listen and improve
Although 95% of our reviews are positive, we do make mistakes that can result in negative feedback. We use this feedback to improve our services. For example, one customer left feedback stating,
“the windows were delivered with the wrong colour catches”.
This feedback allowed us to ensure that we check all our orders more thoroughly before the installation takes place, allowing us to reduce the number of wrong products arriving at our customers’ homes.
We would love to be perfect, but with building products, perfection is an impossibility. That said, at Three Counties we’re committed to always improving in order to enhance our services and continually meet customer requirements.
