I'm very pleased with the service given by Three Counties. 1. An employee arrived within days of my initial telephone call to discuss options with me. He didn't pressure me at all. Having selected from a wide range of doors, colours, window styles etc he produced a graphic of what the door would look like. Then he gave me the price which was very competitive. 2. I decided to contract the work to Three Counties because of their great reputation amd reviews I had read. A gentleman came out to double check my requirements and measure the dimensions properly. 3. Day of the installation: The workman was punctual and fitted the door within a few hours. He gave me about 4 or 5 keys. Since then I have noticed that, compared to my old wooden door, there is less sound pollution. Also, I'm told the door colour will not fade even though it is often bathed in sunshine. We initially spoke to Three Counties in April and were visited by Andrew to run us through our options for new windows and give us a quote. Andrew was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We were extremely happy with the price. We quickly received a formal written quote and decided to go ahead. Three Counties were very patient with us, as we were also having our roof replaced at the time and had to keep delaying installation due to the roofers being at our house. All communication from the office was clear and concise and installation itself was fantastic. The window fitters arrived nice and early and got straight to work.
